Reviews
Dr Somalanka is the most caring consultant anyone could have. The NHS are very privileged to have him. He has cared for me for many years pre and post my kidney transplant. Many times he has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure that all the medications I take are compatible with my condition.
Dr Somalanka takes great care to explain my condition and about my care.
He is very pleasant and listens to my concerns. He is willing to tweak my medication, constantly analysing my reactions to the medicines and therefore know he is doing the best for me and have great confidence in him.
I find my condition stressful but Dr Somalanka has helped me along due to his kindness and support.
I didn't feel the same positivity under the previous practitioner.
Dr Somalanka is based at St Helier's but I see him at Woking Hospital, not at St Peter's as indicated below.
Dr. Subash Somalanka is an exceptional nephrologist who always provides exceptional care. He always takes time to listen to all concerns raised and give advise even if not directly about nephrology issues. He is a credit to his profession.
Dr Somalanka is always very caring during his consultations and always explains your results in detail, takes time to listen what you have to say and answers any questions you may have in detail. He will also phone you if he has any concerns about results etc.
I have been seeing Dr Somalanka since 2015 first at St Peters and now at Woking and the standard of care has always been excellent.
Extremely pleasant manner and much look forward to the consultations.
Very helpful at watching over developments.
